Here’s how it works:

How many loyalty points will you receive for your Bonus Club after your stay?
After a stay in our Hotel Wagrainerhof, each family will get loyalty points.

The amount of the loyalty points will be calculated from your room price. We will be happy to give you 1 % of your room price to your loyalty account.

The conversion rate to Euro is x 10. For example if you have 100 loyalty points, the amount you have is Euro 10,–.

For what can the loyalty points be used?
In our bonus club we made some different packages, services and products. Those you can book online and you can use your loyalty points.

If you can not find a suitable package, service or product, you have the possibility to convert your loyalty points into a voucher using the “voucher” button (conversion rate x 0,7).

In addition your loyalty points can be converted into a cash discount directly online in the bonus club and then deducted from the hotel bill (conversion rate x 0,7).

That means for example Euro 100,– are then worth Euro 70,–.

For how long are your loyalty points vaild?
The loyalty points do not expire. Only the annual loyalty points that we give you for your birthday will expire after 364 days.

However, if you cannot come for a holiday at our hotel during this time, you can print it as a voucher and use it for your next stay.
