Rooms are available for check-in from 2 p.m. On departure day, please check out of your room by 10 a.m.

During your stay, you are welcome to park your car on the hotel’s own private car park.

Summer

Winter

With the free Guest Card, you receive a wide range of discounts as well as free admission at our hotel’s partner businesses.

We ask you to make a deposit of € 300,– per room in summer and € 500,– per room in winter, by bank transfer to our account within 14 days. This will then guarantee your booking. Reservations are only valid if received in writing. You are also welcome to provide us with your credit-card number (VISA or MasterCard) and expiry date, which will allow us to charge the deposit to your room.

A booking is also a contract. That is why we strongly recommend taking out holiday cancellation insurance before beginning your trip.

In order to guarantee your reservation, please transfer the requested deposit to our bank account. For payment of the remaining amount due, we accept cash, EC-Cards and credit cards.

According to the Consumer Protection Act § 18 par. 1 line 10 FAGG, there exists no 14-day rescission right for hotel services. The rescission right as stipulated in § 11 par. 1 FAGG has no application. Not withstanding, the general terms & conditions adopted by the Austrian hotel industry (“AGBH 2006”) par. § 5 shall apply.
